ROME Credit Union is part of the National Credit Union system and our mission is to promote the economic well being of our members by offering expanded financial services at favorable rates and terms. We want to be our member's primary financial institution by serving you in a personal and professional manner.

Membership for ROME Credit Union consists of employees of the cities of Royal Oak, Huntington Woods, Lathrup Village, Hazel Park, and the Village of Beverly Hills, Michigan; employees of the United States Government at locations in Hazel Park, Michigan, or persons on pension arising from such employment. Also, any person over the age of 55 who receives retirement annuity, pension, social security, or similar retirement payment from private or government sources, and lives in, or belongs to a retirement organization located in Oakland County or a county contiguous to Oakland County. Membership also applies to employees of ROME Credit Union and the families of the afore mentioned groups. Organizations incorporated or otherwise composed of the same general group making up the membership outlined above. Also a spouse of a deceased member if elected to membership prior to remarriage. Tele-Banking - Easy Access To Your Funds, Anytime, Anywhere

One more development at ROME Credit Union to help us serve you better is the Audio Teller; a way for you to govern your financial activities with the simple touch of a button. Any day, any time, and you never even have to leave your house. Check balances or cleared checks, transfer funds, verify payroll deposits, and much more by calling 1-(248)-358-9174. Just follow the step by step directions provided. The 3-digit Credit Union I.D. number is 129 and your Personal I.D. Number is the last 4 digits of the primary member's Social Security Number. You are able to change this at anytime by using the options menu.

HOME BANKING

Attention Members: Effective May 10th, Home Banking will be updating the criteria required to verify your password is secure enough. There will be 4 new password requirements including: Must be a minimum of 7 characters in length, have at least one uppercase letter, have at least one lowercase letter and include at least one number. Your security question and answer will remain the same.

You are able to go online and access your accounts with our new Home Banking feature. Home banking allows you to view your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! No matter where you are at any moment, if you can get online, you can see your account. You can view live balances on all your accounts, transfer funds, print account histories, view and obtain copies of cleared checks and much more.
