REGULAR SHARE ACCOUNTS (SAVINGS ACCOUNTS)
Open your account today. It only takes a $0.25 membership fee and an initial deposit of $5.00 to become a member of ROME Credit Union. Once you are a member you can start taking advantage of all the great services offered to you by the credit union - at fair and reasonable rates.

CHECKING ACCOUNTS
Compared to Checking Accounts at a bank or savings and loan, it is easy to see the value of belonging to ROME Credit Union. With our Checking Accounts you can enjoy a variety of options, including: no per check fees, no minimum balance, up to $1,000.00 of Overdraft protection to prevent bouncing checks, no monthly service charge for those who have Direct Deposit and only a $2.00 monthly fee for those without Direct Deposit.

OVERDRAFT LOANS
ROME Credit Union offers a loan for those with Checking Accounts. If at any time you accidently overdraw your account, this loan will cover any checks that would otherwise bounce. Up to $1,000.00.

  
MONEY MARKET ACCOUNTS
Money Markets are Share Accounts that require a minimum balance of $2,500.00, with a variable monthly interest rate higher than that of regular Share Accounts.

IRAs
At ROME Credit Union, we offer our members the option of:
      *Traditional IRAs - $1.00 minimum balance
      *Roth IRAs - $200.00 minimum balance
  You can choose the best that suits your personal needs.

CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT

ATM
ATMs are convient and easy to use. At ROME Credit Union, we offer  ATM Cards for $2.00 per card, which are good for three years. We allow four free withdrawals each month, and deposits are always free. On the premises we have a no surcharge ATM, and are able to direct you to hundereds of no surcharge machines around the state. DEBIT CARDS
The time is here; you will no longer need to carry a separate checkbook, credit card, and ATM card. All you need is the convenient VISA Check Card from ROME Credit Union. Our New debit card is now available and is a great tool that will help you save time and money. If you already have a checking account with ROME Credit Union, then this card is for you. If you have yet to obtain a checking account with us, then now is the time to check one out and enjoy access to our combination Check/Debit and ATM card!

NO CHARGE NOTARY PUBLIC
Convenient notary services without fees!! Available for members only, during normal business hours. We must witness the signature.

TRAVELERS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, AND CASHIER CHECKS
We provide great rates for traveler checks, money orders, and both certified and non-certified cashier checks. Rates are as follows:

Money Orders: $0.60 each
Cashier Checks: the 1st one is free, if you need more that one in a
                day they are $1.00 each
Travelers Checks: $1.00 per hundered (ie. $10.00 for $1,000.00 worth
                  of travelers checks). However, the fee is waived if
                  you are retired.  

MISCELLANEOUS DISCOUNTS
At ROME Credit Union we offer discounts on various entertainment activities, including tickets for Cedar Point and for Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village.

AUTOMATED BILL PAYMENTS
